The Clearwater Residence Hotel – Timberlea offers a total of 59 two-bedroom suites – all with two bathrooms, and 6 one-bedroom suites. Our suites also feature balconies. The Cortona building located across the street offers 57 beautifully designed two-bedroom/two-bathroom suites with full kitchens and modern appliances.

Kitchens

Each suite has a full kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen cabinets and drawers are stocked with china, glassware, pots and pans and cutlery – everything you need to prepare and enjoy a meal in the comfort of your suite. While marble countertops in the kitchen add a touch of luxury.

Living & Dining Areas

The living room area feature a flat-screen television with cable TV. In the dining area, a table and four chairs encourage a relaxed dining experience and an evening spent playing cards or board games.

Bedrooms

Spacious private bedrooms with double beds topped with fluffy duvets. Roomy dressers and closets provide plenty of space for the wardrobe needed for an extended stay.

Laundry & Storage Facilities

Our suites also include a storage room ideal for tucking suitcases out of the way or stashing sporting equipment out of sight. The storage area includes a washer and dryer.
