Cancellation Policy:

• No fee for cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to arrival.
• For cancellations within 24 hours of arrival, 1 Night Stay + Taxes will be charged to the credit card used for booking.
• Date ranges are calculated from your cancellation cut-off time.

Guarantee Policy:

• All reservations require a credit card guarantee at the time of booking.

Terms & Conditions:

• Check-in time: 3 p.m.
• Check-out time: 11 a.m.
• Late departure: One night room and tax if check-out is after 3:00 pm.

• Merit Hotel & Suites is a smoke-free building
• All rooms, suites, and public spaces are non-smoking.
